Website updates and expressions of interest
If you choose to receive updates, we store your email address, your optional audience selection, and the time and version of your consent in Tuvla’s Supabase database. We use these details to record interest and send the product news and availability updates you requested.
Your email address and audience selection are not published. Signing up does not create a Tuvla app account. To withdraw your interest or ask us to delete your signup, email support@tuvla.co.uk from the address you used. Deleting an app account does not automatically remove a separate website signup.
To limit automated submissions, the signup service briefly stores a one-way, secret-salted representation of your network address and an attempt count. The signup database does not store the raw address. These rate-limit entries are removed on subsequent submissions after 24 hours.
Using the map and your account
Recent searches remain on your device. When you sign in, your profile, saved homes, property notes and saved searches are stored with your account through Supabase. Saved searches belong to the signed-in owner. The map also requests information from external mapping and property-data services needed to show the area you explore.
Device permissions
Location helps centre the map around you. Motion and direction permissions align the location marker where supported. You can change permissions in your device or browser settings and search manually without them. The embedded map starts only when you launch it.
Exporting or deleting account data
You can export your account data or request permanent account deletion in Settings → Account → Manage. For questions about your information, or if you cannot access your account, contact support@tuvla.co.uk.
